Yo! What's good? We're throwing a little scooter/moped/road bike/mountain bike race at Detroit's nearly abandoned Dorais Velodrome and we'd like you to be there. Everyone is welcome to race if they like - it's amatuer level stuff, so don't worry about getting lapped by Lance. Sign up with the 'Respond' link below. If that's not your style, watch it! Spectating is totally free - unless you'd like to get into the swanky VIP spectator area with a donation of $5 or more. Half of the proceeds from the event will be donated to Detroit Parks and Recreation - with the other half going to a fund for the rebuilding of the 'Drome.
